1. Agreement to Terms

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including customers who book facilities ("Customers") and facility owners who partner with us ("Owners"). All bookings are made on facilities managed by Janbaz Sports, and we coordinate directly with facilities to ensure correct bookings for our customers.

2. Services Description

Janbaz Sports is an online platform that facilitates bookings at sports facilities managed by Janbaz Sports in Karachi, Pakistan. We coordinate with facilities on behalf of our customers to ensure accurate and confirmed bookings.

We provide:

• Online booking for Cricket, Futsal, and Padel facilities
• Direct coordination with facilities to confirm your booking
• Booking management and confirmation services
• Customer support to ensure you receive the correct booking

3. User Accounts

Account Registration

To book facilities, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others

4. Booking Terms

When you make a booking through Janbaz Sports, we coordinate with the facility to secure your requested slot. Janbaz Sports ensures that you receive the correct booking as per your request.

Making Bookings

• Bookings are coordinated with the facility upon your request
• You will receive a confirmation code for each booking
• You may select multiple time slots in a single booking
• Present your confirmation code at the facility for verification
• Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time

Booking Guidelines

• Bookings are first-come, first-served
• Bring appropriate sports gear for your activity
• Follow facility rules and guidelines
• Respect other users and facility staff

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All bookings made through Janbaz Sports are coordinated with the facilities we manage. Janbaz Sports acts as your booking coordinator, ensuring that your requested slot is properly booked at the facility.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for your booking, simply contact us through the following:

Refund Guidelines

• Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking
• Provide your booking confirmation code when requesting a refund
• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method

6. Payment Terms

Payment for facility bookings is made directly to the facility owner. Janbaz Sports does not process payments on behalf of facility owners. Payment methods and timing are determined by each facility.

7. Facility Partner Terms

Facility owners who partner with Janbaz Sports agree to:

• Provide accurate facility information and availability
• Honor bookings coordinated by Janbaz Sports
• Maintain safe and clean facilities
• Respond to booking coordination requests promptly
• Comply with all local laws and regulations

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the system
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' access to the platform
• Make bookings you do not intend to honor
• Resell or transfer bookings without authorization

9. Limitation of Liability

Janbaz Sports coordinates bookings at facilities we manage on behalf of our customers. While we strive to provide accurate booking services, we are not responsible for:

• The quality or condition of facilities
• Injuries or damages occurring at facilities
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Circumstances beyond our control affecting facility availability

However, as stated in our refund policy, customers are eligible for a full refund if we are unable to fulfill your booking request or if the slot is unavailable.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Janbaz Sports, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
